JOB TITLE:     Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE:               1 – 6 years’ PQE
LOCATION:    Cheshire
SALARY:        £35,000 to £50,0000

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a thriving firm. On offer is a challenging and rewarding caseload of complex and high-value cases including matters such as, medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain & spinal injuries and amputations. In this role, you will manage your own caseload and receive regular training and mentoring to enhance your skills and knowledge. The candidate hoping to be considered for this position must be able to provide legal services with a personal touch, demonstrating care and understanding at all times.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 1 – 6 years’ PQE and with a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work. A successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, and prioritise client care over all else. The post holder will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence such as witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and to medical experts. You will be highly organised, and able to build rapport with ease, you will enjoy working within a close-knit team culture.
