JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
SALARY: £Dependent on experience
The highly ranked construction team of this leading national law firm are increasingly busy with a variety of complex construction projects on behalf of a diverse client base and they would like to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor to deal with a predominately transactional caseload of construction related matters on behalf clients across a range of sectors. The work is often high value and complex and you will of course have the support of the team / wider department. Dealing with a predominately transactional caseload of construction matters, you will have experience in advising on JCT and NEC contracts along with reviewing and / or drafting sub-contracts and collateral warranties, bespoke drafting of other forms as well as parent company guarantees, bonds and other document.
Construction Lawyers with at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of non-contentious construction related matters are encouraged to apply.
