Probate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Salisbury, £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE) – Long established law firm with offices across the U,K are looking to develop their probate team. OVERVIEW:
• This firm have gone from strength to strength and, as such, there is the capacity and workload in place to recruit a talented and ambitious Probate Solicitor.
• Applications are sought from Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years PQE of working in a similar role.
• The appointed Probate Solicitor will assist on the administration of large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates, estate administrations on behalf of national charities and the preparation of some wills and LPAs including those for elderly people.
• You will be a member of STEP or ATT/CTA qualified.
• An ambitious individual with the confidence to communicate with clients and use their own initiative to progress matters independently is required to be successful in this role.
• It is essential that the successful Probate Solicitor is happy to work independently but also keen to play a key role in the success of this growing team.
• In addition, there will be the opportunity to work on more unusual and complex matters including claims before the Court of Protection and professional negligence arising out of the incorrect preparation of a will.
