JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Lawyer

SALARY: up to c£45,000 (£DOE)
Are you a Court of Protection Lawyer looking for a new role? Our client is looking for experienced paralegals, solicitors or legal executives to manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship applicants from application to administration in relation to property and affairs. This role involves making appropriate decisions, exercising judgement, understanding and managing financial budgets, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the lives of the firm’s clients. The legal professional will provide advice regarding Court of Protection matters and monitor clients' eligibility for statutory funding and other entitlements. Candidates for this position should have previous experience working within a busy environment and have the ability to handle large volumes of work daily.
Our client is keen to hear from paralegals, legal executives, or Solicitors that have experience working in a similar environment within a busy department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in court of protection however it is not an essential requirement. This firm pride themselves on their close working relationships with their clients, thus, client care should be top priority. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from clients.
