OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• The successful Employment Solicitor will be responsible for providing sound and commercially minded employment advice across a wide-ranging client base.
• You will be responsible for employment law advice to a wide range of clients, including redundancy, disciplinary, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay.
• You will draft and prepare documents, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements and reports
• You will also assist with business development initiatives including training and networking
