THE ROLE:
An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor sought to join this long-established firm, to manage a caseload of commercial property matters. To provide excellent service when liaising with clients and their professional and financial advisers. As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing caseloads and meeting client needs. Key responsibilities of this role include meeting targets for chargeable time, fee income, billing, and fee collection. In addition, to develop new business opportunities and repeat work from existing clients and other professionals as part of the firm's continued success.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor must demonstrate a willingness to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness - to provide excellent service to their clients. A core value of the firm is providing quality client service; thus, the successful candidate should have strong communication and organisation skills to offer the best service for understanding and meeting clients' needs. The Legal Professional will work efficiently as a fee earner within the department, incorporating the ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives. As an experienced Solicitor, you will adapt to a wide range of conditions and thrive under pressure.
