An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced solicitor to join a reputable firms’ residential conveyancing team. An experienced Solicitor is required to join a busy department specialising in a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be able to handle their own caseload of matters that includes more complex issues such as leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions. Your responsibilities will be to assist the Head of Department with maintaining the department's efficiency and effectiveness and to supervise its members. You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals. Both confident and professional, the Solicitor joining this firm should be eager to progress their career within a busy and friendly environment.
The successful Solicitor will have 7+ years’ PQE, a genuine passion for this area of law and experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed legal professional will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors. This role is well suited to a confident individual with the desire to progress within the firm and a possess a genuine willingness to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a motivated team and will continue to build the firm’s brand in the legal market.
