OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• You will be joining a highly reputable team with a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.
• The work they undertake includes Inheritance Act Disputes, Promise Not Honoured in a Will, Contesting Validity of Wills, Executor or Trustee Disputes along with Protecting Charitable Legacies and Attorney or Deputy Investigations.
• The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of contentious probate work as well as assisting on more complex cases with senior fee earners.
• This firm is looking for someone who is a team player and who has exceptional client care skills.
• This role is ideal for a Solicitor looking to gain exposure to more complex Contentious Probate experience and further develop their career.
