This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for an ambitious Court of Protection Lawyer to join their team. Our client is looking for experienced paralegals, solicitors or legal executives to manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship applicants from application to administration. This role involves making appropriate decisions, exercising judgement, understanding and managing financial budgets, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the lives of the firm’s clients. As part of their role, the Court of Protection Lawyer will provide advice regarding the Court of Protection and monitor clients' eligibility for statutory funding and other entitlements. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.

Applications are welcomed from passionate, hardworking, and outgoing experienced Paralegals, Solicitors or Legal Executives that have gained at least 3 years’ experience within a busy Court of Protection department. You must be a team player and have a positive approach to your work. This firm pride themselves on their close working relationships with their clients, thus, client care should be top priority.
