This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for an ambitious Court of Protection Lawyer to join their team. Our client is looking for experienced paralegals, solicitors or legal executives to manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship applicants from application to administration. This role involves making appropriate decisions, exercising judgement, understanding and managing financial budgets, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the lives of the firm’s clients. As part of their role, the Court of Protection Lawyer will provide advice regarding the Court of Protection and monitor clients' eligibility for statutory funding and other entitlements. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.
