Highly ranked disputes team is seeking an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is looking for a role where they can deal with high quality and interesting litigation matters. The work is challenging and complex and covers the broad remit of commercial litigation matters. Handling complex commercial litigation matters you will be bright and ambitious with a strong desire to undertake matters of a complex nature. Working within a highly rated team, the disputes team cover the broad remit of litigation including IT and technology claims, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, corporate recovery, and company proceedings and the firm are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate who can come in and hit the ground running.
The successful Lawyer will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player. Working as part of a supportive team you will be expected to develop your own portfolio of clients and will have an interest in the areas of business development and client retention.
