JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: 7+
LOCATION: Kent

THE ROLE:
You will join a highly regarded family team, ranked tier 1 in Chambers and Legal 500, specialising in divorce and financial provision, private Children Act matters, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and Family Law Act applications. The team handles a diverse caseload, including High Net Worth and complex Children Act issues. A supportive leadership team is dedicated to nurturing individuals within the team. The team is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate, preferably a mediator, with extensive experience in High Net Worth matters and/or complex private Children Act matters. The chosen candidate will work alongside an experienced partner with an outstanding reputation in the Kent area.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Solicitor will have a minimum of 7 years’ PQE gained within a strong regional or City firm. Key qualifications and characteristics include:
• Strong academic background
• High attention to detail
• Experience in all aspects of family law, with a focus on corporate/commercial clients
• Flexible approach to work, ensuring client deadlines are consistently met
• Interest in and aptitude for business development
• Positive outlook, willingness to support and help other team members
