This opportunity is offered on a fee-sharing consultancy basis, offering full flexibility, unrivalled levels of support (ranging from admin and accounts support to business development and public relations services) and access to a national network of colleagues for cross referral purposes. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Legal Executives with at least 5+ years’ experience in Employment Law. Ideally you will have a client following, however those able to demonstrate a solid business plan but without a current following are still welcome to apply. There is a possibility for some work to be referred from other sources to assist the successful candidate with getting their business moving in the right direction, and support will be provided with marketing, marketing materials and business development activities.
