JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor (Education)

The appointed Employment Solicitor will be joining this busy team working with clients predominantly within the education sector. You will work for mainly higher education clients as well as schools, charities, education related clients and further education colleges. You will be dealing with a varied caseload of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious related matters. You will be encouraged to actively contribute to the employment team’s business development work and marketing initiatives. Brilliant opportunity to undertake technical interesting work and work on a diverse client base.

We are looking for talented and ambitious Employment Solicitors with at least 8 years’ PQE gained in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work. You will be able to work with minimal supervision and work with a well-planned, logical and commercial approach. Ideal Employment Lawyers will have experience of working for education clients and have a proven interest in being involved in advising higher education clients across the country.
