JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Head of Department)
As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor who you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the commercial property team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to make a significant contribution to the firm, drive business growth and further enhance the reputation within the market. As well as leading the team, you will be overseeing a diverse caseload of matters sales, purchases and some development work.
Qualified Solicitors will have at least 8 years PQE in handling their own caseload of commercial property matters as well as previous experience of managing / supervising a team. You will have strong technical expertise in commercial property transactions and possess the drive and determination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Business development acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
