JOB TITLE: Healthcare Lawyer (Court of Protection)
PQE: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Leeds

THE ROLE:
This award winning law firm continues to experience significant success and continues to go from strength to strength across all the sectors it is active in. It is currently looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to join its team that specialises in providing advice to clients across the health and social care sectors. You will be undertaking a diverse caseload of healthcare matters made up of Court of Protection welfare cases, matters relating to the Mental Health Act / Mental Capacity Act 2005 and deprivation of liberty safeguards as well as Inquests and Public Inquiries. As a more senior member of the team, you will also be involved in supervising less experienced colleagues, as well as developing key relationships with clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ PQE working for clients in the healthcare or public sectors, with a proven track record handling complex Court of Protection cases and matters relating to the Mental Health Act.
