THE ROLE:
The litigation department of this leading regional practice are experiencing an exciting growth phrase and as a result they are looking to recruit a Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to the team to undertake a broad and varied caseload of commercial disputes. The appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be driven and ambitious and be looking for a diverse caseload of commercial disputes to get their teeth stuck into.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have up to 2 years PQE in dealing with a range of litigation matters. Ideal Commercial Litigators will have proven technical expertise in all aspects of commercial disputes and be looking for a progressive team where you can see your career flourish. Involved in the broad remit of disputes work, the appointed Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a mixed caseload of general commercial litigation and contractual disputes.
