THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor with a up to 4 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of residential property transactions from start to finish. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors with up to 4 years’ PQE. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidate must be comfortable working within a team to achieve the best results for the department and to continue the success of the firm.
