THE ROLE:
Long term locum Paralegal cover required by a thriving practice in a vibrant town-based environment. The successful candidate will be running a caseload of private client matters to include drafting Wills and LPAs and will have sufficient prior experience of this work to hit the ground running.
This is an office-based position which could be either part-time (3-4 days per week) or full time, and will allow the successful applicant to integrate into this accomplished and motivated team. This role offers a genuine opportunity to gain valuable skills and exposure to high quality work.
THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to an experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years of relevant experience who can provide support to the team for around 9 months. Experience will have been gained in drafting Wills and also ideally Lasting Power of Attorney documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a good understanding of systems. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, which will enable you to deliver excellent service to clients.
