THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for an ambitious Civil Litigation Paralegal to handle a caseload of litigated matters, mainly probate litigation and inheritance disputes. The appointed paralegal will be progressing basic matters and supporting senior staff in more complex cases. You will ensure accurate and speedy turnaround of work, as well as, responding promptly to clients and colleagues. The job will require the successful candidate to be motivated and have strong communication skills as this will be key when liaising with clients. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigation Paralegals who will have gained a minimum of 12 months’ experience dealing with a broad range of litigation matters. You must be a team player and have a positive approach to your work. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. The appointed paralegal must be a clear and effective communicator, who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, to deliver consistent results whilst supporting the department. The suitable paralegal will relish in the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law.
