JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years

STARTING SALARY: circa £40,000
THE ROLE:
This firm acts for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice in all areas of private client law. You will be responsible for a varied case load of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and general Probate. As an experienced Solicitor you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and offer high quality client service when liaising with clients. You will be committed to teamwork and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department.
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE in Private Client work. Your previous experience will encompass the full remit of private client matters and you will be able to demonstrate strong business development skills. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care, and a passion for private client law are all essential requirements for this post. With well-developed client care skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, you will enjoy working in a team environment. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success
