THE ROLE:
Our award winning client is seeking a driven and ambitious Private Client Solicitor with strong business acumen to join their well-established Private Client department. This firm acts for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice in all areas of private client law. The appointed solicitor must be able to demonstrate experience in advising HNW clients on estate and tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, estate administration, and trust formation, taxation, and administration in order to be considered for this position. A key responsibility of this role is advising clients on matters such as wills, trusts and probates, it is anticipated that the successful Wills and Probate Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running with cases at various stages of completion. The role is suited to a driven Private Client Solicitor who is ready to take on a new challenge.
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a talented and hardworking Private Client Solicitor with 6 to 10 years’ PQE looking to progress their career in a busy department. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of private client matters and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. STEP qualification is preferable for this position but is by no means essential, however knowledge of Trusts and experience of advising on HNW and UHNW work is essential in order to be successful in this role. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
