JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years’

As an accomplished Employment Solicitor, you will be tasked with handling a variety of matters, including both contentious and non-contentious related employment matters. You will have proven experience in bringing and defending Employment Tribunal proceedings, TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancy and restrictive covenants. You will also be required to work closely with the Partners to develop a retainer focussed service and further develop and grow the Employment Law department.

The appointed Employment Solicitor will be between 3+ years’ PQE and possess a sound knowledge of Employment Law. You will be forward thinking, driven and self-motivated with the ability to develop new client relationships. You must have a demonstrable background of handling a busy and varied caseload with minimal to no supervision, as well as being adaptable, communicative, and approachable.
