JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE:
A new position has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and expanding practice within their litigation team. The appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will be running their own caseload of civil litigation matters including neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant, debt, property related disputes and contract disputes.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in handling your own varied caseload of civil litigation matters and possess the ability to attend court hearings as well as work well under pressure. Offering an outstanding level of service to clients, the role will require you to meet clients and insurers together with overseeing junior members of the team. You will have proven technical expertise in covering all aspects of civil litigation matters including property-related disputes, landlord and tenant, debt, contract and neighbour disputes and personal injury files.
