A career enhancing opportunity has become available for a talented Lawyer to join a supportive and progressive regulatory body. You will be responsible for providing advice on scope, procedural requirements, evidential considerations, and risk management. The appointed Lawyer will be needed to offer strategic advice to case examiners from the planning stage on until the report is finished. This role expects you to act in an advisory capacity to the board and will manage key stakeholder relationships on behalf of the organisation. This role will require the utmost confidence in decision making, consistency in approach and a commitment to high quality work.
We welcome applications from experienced Lawyers who have at least 3 years' PQE and have expertise in regulatory law. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication, you will be a real self-starter and will be able to hit the ground running. You must possess motivation to work to extremely time-sensitive cases whilst delivering consistent and quality work. The appointed legal professional will have a proven track record of decision making and defending against appeals as necessary. Your enviable skills will allow you to quickly become a valuable member of the team.
