JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor

Are you an experienced Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor seeking a new challenge? A growing team in Norwich is looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor to support the firms ongoing growth plans for the team. Working within a national team, the appointed Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor will be dealing with a wide range of contentious matters relating to wills and trusts. Acting on behalf of a diverse range of clients, you will be acting for trust companies, educational establishments, charities and private clients to name a few. As well as running your own caseload of matters, you will also be expected to supervise more junior members of the team.

You will either be an experienced Senior Associate looking for the next step in your career or a Legal Director / Principal Associate looking for a new challenge within a highly ranked team. You will have at least 8 years of experience dealing with a range of contentious private client matters including claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, breach of trust claims, invalidity of wills as well as the removal of executors and trustees and court of protection claims. Along with strong supervision and mentoring skills you will also be able to support the team / firm in further enhancing the profile of the team and firm.
