JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor

THE ROLE:
You will join a leading firm and private client team that offers unparalleled expertise and advice to individuals, families, trustees, family or owner-run businesses, and trust companies, both in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload primarily for high-net-worth individuals, including farm/estate owners and family business owners, covering wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have 3+ years’ PQE, ideally with experience in a regional, national, or City firm, and a well-developed knowledge of trusts and private client matters. You should be able to demonstrate strong technical competence in trust law and proven experience in advising on trust creation, administration, management, and restructuring, along with expertise in associated tax considerations. Experience in tax planning, with a focus on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning is essential.
STEP qualification or a willingness to pursue the STEP qualification is desirable.
