JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor (Equity Capital Markets)
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
THE ROLE:
The Corporate Solicitor will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of complex transactions. Primary focus will be on providing legal advice and services related to equity transactions and capital market activities including initial public offerings (IPO’s), secondary fundraisings and other equity related transactions. There will be an international aspect to your work and you will also advise on mergers and acquisitions where there is a listed or quoted company involved.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Solicitor with a proven track record of advising clients on equity capital market work. With a strong academic background and excellent communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in handling complex transactions.
