THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly ranked team in Cambridge. Dealing with a wide range of contentious property matters, including those relating to both commercial and residential property matters. Advising on the broad spectrum of property litigation related matters, you will be gaining exposure to landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims, dilapidations, breach of contract, disrepair and boundary disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Property Litigations Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of property litigation matters ideally gained within a leading regional or city practice. You will have strong technical expertise along with the ability to work effectively within a team.
