JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor - Locum
LOCATION: Essex
PQE: 3+ years’ PQE
HOURLY RATE: £30 - £40
THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor to provide locum support to this firm’s private client team, you will be able to commence the role immediately. Work is likely to span across all areas of private client law, to include Will drafting, LPAs, Estate planning, Court of Protection matters and administration of estates. With a wealth of experience in this area of law, it is anticipated that the successful Private Client locum will be able to hit the ground running with cases at various stages of process, ensuring good progress is made during the assignment. This role will require the successful candidate to work from the client’s office in Essex.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years of experience gained within similar roles and will have immediate availability to commence a new role. Your previous experience will encompass the full remit of private client matters and you will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care, and a passion for private client law. The firm are looking for a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients.
