The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters relating to both acquisition and disposals. You will provide expert guidance, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen, integrating seamlessly within the dedicated team of Commercial Property advisors. This role will continually push for increasing levels of responsibility, you will actively participate in all departmental marketing and business development. The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have at least 8+ years’ PQE experience, with the ability to provide logical and applicable advice to clients.
