We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join this dynamic team in Oxfordshire. The firm's litigation and dispute resolution teams are experiencing significant growth, making this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to excel in their career. As a Litigation Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include handling a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters including: property litigation; landlord and tenant disputes; company/shareholder/director disputes; consumer and commercial contract disputes; insolvency and commercial debt recovery disputes; wills & probate disputes and professional negligence cases.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
• An excellent grasp of dispute resolution and civil litigation laws
• Experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
• Strong advocacy skills
• Proficient in billing and financial management
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional and client relationships
• Commitment to up-to-date knowledge of risk management and compliance
• Competency in IT applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
