JOB TITLE: Real Estate Development Solicitor
PQE: 1+ PQE (Open to all levels of experience)
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motived Real Estate and Development Lawyer to work closely with a knowledgeable Partner in all types of development related matters. Dealing with a full and varied caseload of development matters, the appointed Real Estate Development / Residential Development Lawyer will be gaining exposure to a diverse client base including registered providers, national housebuilders, higher education institutions along with a range of companies and businesses. Ideally you will have experience in dealing with development agreements, leases, licences as well as overage and promotion agreements and options.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Real Estate Development Lawyer with a proven track of advising across all types of real estate and development matters. You will have experience of running your own caseload of matters and be able to draft and negotiate conditional and unconditional contracts, development agreements, options and promotion agreements, transfers, exclusivity agreements, overage and pre-emption agreements. More experienced Development Lawyers are encouraged to apply as there is plenty of scope. With strong development experience, you will be highly motivated and be able to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
