THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a traditional law firm in Shropshire to undertake a full and varied caseload of litigation matters. This full-service law firm is looking to appoint a well-rounded Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their established team and undertake a full and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors & Legal Executives who have experience of dealing with a broad caseload of litigation matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be well versed across a variety of litigation transactions and be looking for a close knit where you will receive the relevant support and training to develop your experience and skills. You will either be an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor with a proven track record of dealing with various types of commercial litigation matters gained during your training contract or as a Paralegal. As the chosen Litigation Solicitor, you will have experience running your own caseload of litigation matters and supervise a litigation solicitor and support staff in order to achieve agreed fee earning performance target.
