THE ROLE:
A thriving practice are actively recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to support the team with their expanding client base. Whilst this is a fee-earning role, the appointed candidate will also be responsible for managing the department. This firm acts for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice in all areas of private client law. The appointed Solicitor will be directly involved in handling a caseload including wills, LPAs, Estate planning, court of protection matters and administration of estates. You will be well supported and work alongside a junior solicitor and a paralegal. The successful candidate will be required to work from the client’s office, which is based in Lincolnshire. This role is a hands-on and highly visible position with an opportunity to make a genuine difference.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a driven and determined Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE and a proven track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic legal environments. Your previous experience will encompass the full remit of private client matters and you will be able to demonstrate strong business development skills. Ideally, the appointed solicitor will be STEP qualified however this is not an essential requirement. You will be seeking an opportunity to take on a leadership role, contributing to decision making and providing private client advice as Head of the Department. With well-developed client care skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, you will enjoy working in a team environment.
