This is an exciting opportunity to join this well-established law firm on a consultancy basis, working alongside the firms Senior Solicitors and Partners. An experienced Corporate Immigration Solicitor with a client base is needed to take charge of their career and choose the hours they work and the files they work on. The appointed candidate will have an existing client base and be expected to undertake business development to build on your success. The firm will provide you with a legal support team to offer you assistance with your workload. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters most to you, building relationships with your clients which results in fee income.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executives with 5+ years’ experience specialising in Corporate Immigration law. You are not expected to have a high following however, the Firm are interested in hearing from Legal Professionals who have the ability to generate work using their contacts within the market. The firm may be able to pass over some existing work and clients and the firm’s business development team will generate leads for you. You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and will be confident in your ability to build and/or move a client base with you to a new firm. The successful solicitor will be hungry for new business and enjoy autonomy whilst working in a supportive environment.
