JOB TITLE: Private Client Head of Department
PQE REQUIRED: 6+
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: Up to £55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a thriving, successful private client team as Head of Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the team, ensuring monthly billing targets are met whilst building upon the existing workloads to contribute to the expansion and growth of the team. The department’s caseload is comprised of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate & estate of administration, deeds of gifts and court of protection.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 6 years’ experience handling a broad range of private client matters. Previous experience of managing a team is desirable, but not essential. Thorough knowledge of Will Trust and Probate law and procedure is essential in order to be successful in this role. We want to hear from confident self-starters who are natural leaders and who are keen to contribute to the ongoing success of this reputable firm.
