Corporate Lawyer, NQ+, Nottinghamshire – Due to expansion, this reputable practice seeks a Corporate Lawyer who is looking for a new challenge to join their corporate team. THE ROLE:
• Handling a varied caseload of corporate matters
• Experience advising on TUPE, shareholder agreements/joint venture agreements, business structure and start-up, financing for businesses, commercial trading arrangements and contracts, and preparing for sale or succession planning through to disposal
• Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within corporate law.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Applications are welcome from Corporate Lawyers from Newly Qualified plus
• Ideal Lawyers will have experience of dealing with a range of corporate matters
• Ideally be confident working autonomously if you have you significant experience in dealing with corporate matters
• Demonstrate a proactive and organised approach
• Comfortable establishing and maintaining client relationships
