JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor (Commercial and Residential)
PQE: 5+

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a boutique practice for a Senior Property Solicitor who has proven technical expertise in dealing with both commercial and residential property matters. With a keen interest to further develop the firm, the appointed Property Lawyer will be walking into an existing caseload and will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with minimal supervision. As the appointed Property Lawyer the role will be varied and cover all types of commercial and residential property and not your usual run of the mill property transactions. You will be working on a variety of property matters including development, landlord and tenant, commercial sales and purchases, cash purchases for residential properties along with some high net worth work. This role offers the appointed individual to make the role their own and build up a team around them! An opportunity not to be missed!

THE CANDIDATE:
If you have the appetite and drive to be a part of a growing and expanding practice which offers you plenty of scope to progress, then this is the role for you. Applications are welcomed from Property Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE in dealing with a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
