OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE, who are commercially aware, as well as offering excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• You will have experience in a number of areas of commercial and property litigation to include contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence, insolvency, landlord and tenant, and property disputes.
• You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills.
• You will mentor and oversee the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers so experience of leading and growing a team is desirable.
• You will have strong business development skills and will be able to build lasting relationships with clients and be responsible for bringing in and winning new work.
