THE ROLE:
The commercial property team of this leading law firm covers the broad remit of real estate and they are currently looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to advise on a range of issues including landlord and tenant, planning issues, option agreements and the funding of development sites.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer Solicitor will have a strong background of handling commercial property matters and a proven interest in property development matters within a firm renowned for their property services. Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executives will have at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of commercial property transactions covering the broad spectrum of real estate. You will be comfortable taking on responsibility and building close client relationships, providing a first class service offering practical solutions to technical problems and translating complex issues into accessible and clear advice.
