OVERVIEW:
• This is a great opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join an inclusive and tolerant organisation that will encourage you to further develop your career.
• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE experience in the field of building and fire safety claims in residential construction.
• You will have extensive experience of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety Act 2021
• You should be able to demonstrate a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level and a postgraduate course in construction law would be advantageous.
• You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of drafting submissions in adjudication proceedings
• You will demonstrate a flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis
• You will be joining a City based firm, recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers UK as a medium-sized niche firm
• Highly Competitive remuneration package on offer.
