OVERVIEW:
• We are looking to speak to contentious probate solicitors with up to around 5 years’ PQE in this specialist area of law.
• You will be responsible for a caseload including matters such as validity challenges, IPDFA claims, removal of executors and claims for proprietary estoppel.
• You will be encouraged to work with, and support, the Head of Department with supervisory and business development activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must as is a genuine desire to contributed to the contentious probate team's ongoing success.
