OVERVIEW:
• A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor within a well-regarded firm in Oxford.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who will be newly qualified or possess up to 3 years’ PQE dealing with a wide range of real estate matters.
• The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be responsible for their own mixed caseload of commercial property matters and also be required to assist the wider team when required.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, Landlord and Tenant (acting for both or either landlords and tenants); acquisition and disposal, lettings and management; acting on acquisition and disposal of freehold property.
• You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
• A highly competitive remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
