PQE REQUIRED: 2 + Years PQE

THE ROLE:
This well-established firm are looking to strengthen their residential property department with an ambitious and determined Residential Conveyancer, who will be advising on the full remit of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. For the appointed Residential Property Lawyer, you will be working within a supportive environment where you can see your career flourish. This is a very exciting career opportunity for someone with drive and determination to make a mark within their career as a Residential Conveyancer.

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:
Ideally as a Residential Conveyancer you will have 3+ years PQE, be a strong team player with a motivational hands-on approach. As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will have a sound technical background in dealing with your own caseload of all types of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You should be able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload ensuring work completed to the required deadlines. The motivated individual will either be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with excellent business development and networking skills to promote the firm within the local market. Ideal Residential Conveyancers will have experience of working closely and liaising with local estate agents and other professionals to win new clients.
