JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE: NQ – 5 years’
LOCATION: Leeds
SALARY: up to c£75,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor within a well-regarded firm in Leeds. The firm’s Real Estate team deal with all aspects of the residential development and/or strategic land, acquisitions and disposals and conditional and unconditional contracts. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be responsible for their own mixed caseload of commercial property matters and also be required to assist the wider team when required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who will be newly qualified or possess up to 5 years’ PQE dealing with a wide range of real estate matters. It is desired that the successful candidate will have prior experience with affordable housing transactions, back-to-back sales, deeds of easement, infrastructure agreements, and service charge/ management agreements. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
