JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
PQE: Minimum of 1 years’ experience is essential
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £23,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established local law firm. This is a busy and varied role supporting three fee earners covering all aspects of residential property law. Working alongside qualified staff, you will be providing legal and administrative support including (but not limited to) case preparation, arranging and attending client meetings and liaising with internal and external sources.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Residential Property Paralegal will have at least 1 years’ experience and be able to multi-task and work under pressure. You must have solid IT skills, together with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to manage and adhere to deadlines is essential whilst ensuring high quality service is being provided at all times.
