OVERVIEW:
• You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE, having specialised in wills and probate work for at least 5 years.
• You will have a solid knowledge of drafting wills and codicils (including complex wills), Lasting Power of Attorney, drafting deeds of variation, probate applications, deputyship applications to the Court of Protection, inheritance tax and succession planning
• Being STEP qualified would be a benefit as would some experience within contested probate.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills are essential, together with the enthusiasm to build and maintain client and referral relationships.
• You must be able to deliver a sympathetic and approachable service whilst being client focussed and practical.
