JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: Up to 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Leeds

THE ROLE:
The newly appointed Real Estate Solicitor will join this nationally regarded team handling a variety of Real Estate matters including landlord & tenant, sales, acquisitions and developments on behalf of clients from a broad range of industry sectors. This is a great opportunity to play a significant role as part of an expanding team within this major law firm where you will be working closely with some of the industry's leading property law specialists.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will thrive within a team environment and be client focussed with the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to business development initiatives. You will have up to around 3 years’ PQE gained within another national or leading regional law firm with a proven track record managing a caseload of complex real estate matters. Recently qualified Solicitors who have spent at least a 6 month seat in real estate and keen to specialise in this area of law are encouraged to apply.
