JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor
PQE: 2 - 4+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £40,000 - £65,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting role has become available to join a buys corporate team for an experienced Banking Solicitor. You will be managing your own caseload of banking, real estate and funds finance transactions, including acting for a broad range of lenders, borrowers and fund managers. You will also be drafting, negotiating and agreeing loan agreements, intercreditor deeds, security documents and other ancillary documents based both on lender standard form documents and Loan Market Associate documents. This role will also consist of project management of banking and real estate finance transactions and the associated team together with liaising with clients and solicitors acting for the borrower, and much more!

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Banking Solicitor will have between 2 – 4 + years’ PQE with a sound knowledge and experience in banking, corporate finance and real estate finance work (essential) with a familiarity and genuine interest in banking, corporate and real estate sectors. You must have excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills together with a methodical, flexible work ethic. The ability to work to strict deadlines is crucial whilst maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality.
