PQE REQUIRED: 7-10 years PQE
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join this reputable firm in Yorkshire. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are keen to hear from Residential Property Solicitors with 7-10 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters. As a Residential Conveyancer, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
